Questions before your first film?
These answers describe the current web release and its limits. Updated 27 October 2026. Check the app for the status of an individual upload or export.
What is included, and when does a video count?
The free plan includes 3 videos a month, 5 projects and 2 GB of uploads per account. A video counts toward the monthly allowance when its processing starts, rather than when you download the export.
How long can my clips and films be?
Exports can be up to 60 seconds long. Each source clip can be up to 2 GB and 5 minutes. The account upload allowance still applies, so the per-clip maximum does not increase your available storage.
Why can an export be unavailable if I have videos left?
A site-wide daily export ceiling also applies. If the service has reached that ceiling, export availability can be limited even when you have a personal allowance remaining. We do not promise an immediate processing slot or a fixed completion time.
How do I sign in?
Use email and password, or Google, in the web app. This marketing site does not collect your footage or create an editing account. Use the Try Stitch link to continue to the editor.
How do I get faster DJI previews?
For faster previews in the web app, select your DJI footage together with its matching .LRF preview files. Keep the original video selected too: the .LRF is a preview companion, not a replacement for your camera original.
When are original clips deleted?
Original clips are deleted automatically 30 days after upload. Edits and exports stay until you delete them. Keep your own source files and download the finished films you want to save.
Automatic original-file expiry does not remove your account, saved edit or exported film. Use account settings when you want to delete the account and its linked data; background cleanup is separate from immediate sign-in revocation.
Does Stitch use AI, sync cuts to beats or track subjects?
Stitch does not use an AI provider in production. The current planner uses editing rules and footage measurements. It does not generate new scenes. We do not promise beat-synchronized editing or subject tracking: review the timing and use the framing controls yourself.
Is an Android or iPhone store app available?
Android is a development build. No public Google Play or native iOS download is offered here. The web app is the available entry point; a development build is not a store release.
