Delete your account and data.
Last updated 27 October 2026. You can ask to delete your Stitch account in the editor. You can also email Lenura Ventures Inc. if you cannot sign in.
Save what you need first
Keep your own copies of footage and films you want to save. A deleted account may no longer let you open its projects. Deleting is not a way to archive your work. Files already downloaded or shared will remain with the people who have them.
Use the account controls
Sign in to the account you want to remove. Open account settings and choose the account-deletion control. Read the app's confirmation before you continue.
Access is revoked and removal of linked files and records is queued. The work then runs in the background. A successful request does not mean that all storage systems have finished erasing every copy at once.
Email when you cannot sign in
Send a message to hello@lenuraventures.com with the subject Stitch account deletion. Use the email tied to your account where possible. Say that you want to delete the Stitch account and its uploaded content.
We may need to confirm that you own the account. Do not send a password, login code, ID document, card details or video file in the first message. Support will explain if more information is needed.
What removal covers
Linked data includes your account details, uploaded clips, previews, small preview images, footage measurements, saved edits, exported films and alert registrations. We remove these through the process described in the privacy policy.
Small non-identifying records may remain to stop stale jobs from recreating deleted data. Backups, provider logs and records required by law can have other retention periods. We do not promise immediate erasure or one fixed deadline for all systems.
Check the status
Use the same company mailbox if you cannot find the control, have lost access to the account email or need an update. Give the date of your first request and a brief description of the problem. Leave out sensitive details.
This page is for Stitch. It does not remove a separate Pocket Interpreter or HostDesk account. Name the product clearly so your request goes to the right place. The linked privacy page explains your rights and any lawful limits on a request.
