Email hello@lenuraventures.com and include Stitch in the subject line. This is Lenura's existing company mailbox, used for Stitch while a dedicated brand address is not configured. No payment or subscription is needed to contact us.

For editing and account questions

Tell us if you use the web editor or an Android test build. Include the device, browser version and the step that failed. Remove private details from error messages before you send them.

Do not send passwords, login codes, card details or private clips. We will explain if a sample or a log is needed. We do not promise a fixed reply time.

Help us reproduce the problem

Describe what you expected to happen and what happened instead. For an import problem, tell us the file format and approximate size without including the file itself. For a preview or export problem, say whether it affects one shot or the whole film.

A screenshot of an error can help, but first hide account details, personal filenames and any people or places you do not want to share. Check the Help page for the current format and workflow limits before preparing a large upload.

For privacy or deletion

Say that your request is about Stitch privacy or account deletion. Use the email tied to your account where possible. We may check that you own the account before sharing data or making changes.
