Terms for using Stitch.

Last updated 27 October 2026. Lenura Ventures Inc. runs the Stitch website and video editor. Read these terms before using them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who may use Stitch

We are a Canadian federal corporation. Our registered office is 1375 Queen St E, Toronto, ON M4L 1C7, Canada. Email hello@lenuraventures.com for help or legal questions.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter this agreement. If you act for a business, you must have its authority. Keep your account details correct and your password private. These terms cover both personal and professional editing. They are not the business-only terms of another Lenura product.

What the editor does

Stitch helps you bring your own clips together and refine the result. An automatic draft is a starting point. It is not a promise that each shot, crop, cut or music choice will be right. Watch the whole film before you share it or rely on it.

The features and limits depend on the release shown in the app. We do not promise unlimited storage, unlimited exports, a fixed processing time or offline cloud rendering. Android is in development. A public store release is offered only when we provide a verified store link.

Your footage and rights

You keep your rights in the clips, music, images and text you provide. You give us and our service providers a limited, non-exclusive right to store, copy, process, change the format of and send that content as needed to provide the service you request. This does not give us ownership of your work.

You must have the rights and consent needed to upload and use the content. A song found online is not automatically licensed for your film. Do not upload material you may not send to a cloud service.

We do not train AI models on your footage. Read the privacy policy for how we handle files, account data and deletion.

Use the service safely

Do not use Stitch for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, exploitation, non-consensual intimate content or unauthorized surveillance. Do not upload malware, enter another user's account, bypass safeguards or disrupt the service.

Take care with your devices and login. You decide who receives an export and where it is posted. Stitch does not publish to social media on your behalf. Contact us if you suspect someone else has entered your account.

Fees and service limits

This page does not sign you up for a paid plan or let us charge you. A paid offer must show its price, billing period, limits and cancellation terms before you agree to buy. We do not invent a free unlimited plan or a recurring charge here.

Features may change, have limits or be unavailable for a time. They may also be discontinued. We do not promise that every file or device will work or that the service will run without a break. Keep your source files and important exports somewhere else too.

Leaving and removing data

You may stop using Stitch. Ask to delete your account in the editor or use the email route on our deletion page. Access is revoked and file removal is queued. Backups and provider logs are not promised to be erased at once.

We may restrict access to deal with a serious breach, security risk, unlawful conduct or abuse. Where practical and lawful, we will explain why and give you a way to contact us.

Your legal rights

The service has the limits stated in its help and on this site. As far as the law allows, we do not promise a particular artistic, technical or commercial result from a draft. Nothing here removes a right or remedy that the law does not allow us to remove. This includes mandatory consumer and privacy rights.

Ontario law and the federal laws of Canada that apply there govern these terms. Mandatory protections and rights to use local courts where you live still apply. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive rights that cannot be waived.

Updates and questions

We may change these terms as the service changes. We will give notice of material changes where required. A change does not give us consent for a past use of your content that needed a separate permission.

The date above identifies this version. Email hello@lenuraventures.com for account, editing, copyright or legal questions. Name Stitch in your message. Never include a password or sign-in code.
