Help & frequently asked questions
A clearer next step.
Start with the stage that is causing trouble. Importing, drafting, previewing and downloading are different operations and need different checks.
A file is not ready to import
First confirm the original can play on your device and is fully downloaded from any cloud photo library. Check that the filename still matches the actual container; changing the extension does not convert the media.
Use one representative recording to test the workflow before selecting an entire trip. Keep the original file and record the visible error message without including passwords, account tokens or private sharing links.
The first cut is not the choice I wanted
Judge selection and sequence before effects. Replace a repeated view, shorten setup movement and keep the personal moment that an automated process cannot fully interpret.
The purpose of a draft is to give you something concrete to review. A first draft is not a guarantee of a finished creative result, and it should not prevent you from correcting a single shot.
The vertical frame loses the subject
A vertical crop retains only part of a wide source. Inspect both ends of a movement and the middle, not just the first frame. A subject can move outside a crop even when it fits at the start.
Use the aspect-ratio calculator to understand the geometry. The tool does not track a person or infer the focal point; those are separate editing decisions.
An export or share is not complete
A preview, a completed render, a downloaded MP4 and a published social post are different outcomes. Wait for the actual stage to complete and check the resulting file before treating the project as finished.
Do not erase your originals just because a preview works. If a download fails, note the time, browser, device and visible status. Avoid sending private footage until an appropriate support route and sharing permission are established.
Where is the mobile store link?
Android is currently a development build and no public store listing is offered here. There is no native iOS download on this site. The browser link remains the current entry point.
For policies and account-specific requests, the operator must publish the approved support and legal details before this marketing site is launched. Those details are not invented in this preview.
