Stitch / Lenura Ventures Inc.

Your footage. Clear privacy choices.

Last updated 27 October 2026. Lenura Ventures Inc. runs Stitch. This page explains what we collect, why we need it and how you can ask us to delete it.

Who runs Stitch

Lenura Ventures Inc. is a Canadian federal corporation, number 1563645-1. Our registered office is 1375 Queen St E, Toronto, ON M4L 1C7, Canada.

Email hello@lenuraventures.com for privacy help. Put Stitch in the subject line. This is our existing company mailbox, shared by our products.

Your account

We use the name and email address you give us to create and manage your account. A password is stored as a hash, not as plain text. If you use Google to sign in, we ask for your basic profile and email address. We do not ask to read Gmail or Google Drive.

The editor uses a sign-in session to let you open your own projects. Keep your login details safe. Tell us if you think someone else has gained access.

Your video files

We process the clips you choose to upload and the data stored with them. We also store previews, small preview images, footage measurements, saved edits and exported films. We need these to build a draft, show it to you, save changes and make the file you request.

Your files belong to your account. They are not placed in a public gallery by default. Uploading sends them to our online systems. The editor is not an offline-only service. Keep a separate copy of your source files.

Only upload material you have the right to use. This includes any consent needed from people in the footage. We do not change your original source files. We do not train AI models on your footage. The current draft planner uses editing rules and footage measurements. It does not send your clips to a generative AI service or invent new scenes.

Alerts and support

You can choose to receive an alert when an export is ready. If you opt in, we store a browser push subscription or an Android Firebase Cloud Messaging token. These let us send the alert to your device. You can turn alerts off in your browser or device settings. Account deletion removes the linked alert registration.

When you ask for help, we use your email and the details you send to answer you. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, card details or private clips by email. Support will explain if a sample file is needed and why.

Companies that help run the service

We use Vercel to host the site and app infrastructure. We use Neon for the database and private file storage. We use Google for optional sign-in, alerts and checks on work being processed. These providers receive the data needed for their part of the service.

Our systems include sites in the United States. Your data can be processed outside Canada. Providers also keep some records to protect their systems, manage access and maintain backups. This policy does not claim that they keep no logs.

We use safeguards required by applicable law. Data processed in another country may be subject to lawful access by its authorities.

Tools and website visits

The four public video calculators run in your browser. You enter numbers, not footage. They do not upload a video or need an account. The results are calculated on your device.

The marketing site has no ad pixels or cross-site ad cookies. We do not sell browsing profiles. The host processes network requests and data such as IP addresses to serve and protect the site. Essential sign-in sessions apply separately in the editor.

Links to the editor may include campaign labels, such as utm_source. These describe the source of a visit. They must not contain an email, password or private file name. The cookies page explains the current site setup.

How long data stays

We keep account and project data for the uses set out here. This includes saving your work, running and securing the service, answering support requests and meeting legal duties. Stitch is not a promise of permanent file storage. Keep your own backup.

You can ask to delete your account in the editor. Access is revoked at once. Removal of linked files and records then runs as a background job. It does not erase every copy in every system at the same instant. Copies you have downloaded or shared cannot be recalled.

Backups, provider logs and records required by law can have other retention periods. We have not published a single verified erasure period for all of them. We do not promise that backups are erased at once. Small non-identifying records may remain to stop stale jobs from recreating deleted data. Ask us about the status of your request.

Your rights and choices

Email hello@lenuraventures.com to ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. You can also withdraw optional consent or make a complaint. We may need to check that you own the account. We will explain any lawful limit on a request. You may also complain to the relevant privacy regulator.

You can decline alerts, choose not to upload a clip, sign out or stop using Stitch. We need some account and file data to provide the editor. Withdrawing permission for that processing may stop those features from working.

Stitch is not directed at children. Accounts are for people aged 18 or over. Contact us if you think a child has given us account data.

Other disclosures and changes

We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising. We may disclose data where needed to comply with law, protect rights or security, or carry out a lawful business reorganization with appropriate safeguards.

We change the date above when this policy changes. We give more notice or seek consent where the law requires it. Contact us with any question about this policy.
